Easy Slow-Cooked Dry-Rub Beef Ribs
Using whatever seasonings you have on hand, you’ll have beef ribs in no time. And time is what you’ll need for this one. Time and slow temperature in the oven. The result is finger-lickin’ good beef ribs that are so tender they’re practically falling off of the bone. During the slow-cooking process you can read a book or swim or sew or binge-watch a show on Netflix while folding laundry 🙂 . It’s up to you. I hope you try it.
Easy Slow-Cooked Dry-Rub Beef Ribs
Ingredients
- 4-6 pcs beef ribs
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tap garlic powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 3 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp dried Italian herbs
- foil to cover
Instructions
- Preheat the over to 280°. Combine all the seasonings in a bowl. Rub evenly onto both sides of the ribs. Place in a pan then cover with foil. Put it in the oven to begin cooking slowly. I started this at 1:30pm
- 2 hours into cooking, flip the ribs. Baste the ribs with its own juices. (Be careful in opening up the foil to avoid steam.) Cover it back up and return in the oven to continue cooking for 2 more hours(or a little longer depending how tender the ribs are). This time turn up the heat to 345°
There’s no shame in eating the ribs with your bare hands, HAH. That’s the only way in my opinion. Just enjoy. I served these with steamed veggies and rice.
