Instructions
Heat up oil in a saute pan. Brown the chicken pieces, 3 minutes on each side, skin side down first.
Add garlic, onions, ginger, water, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, black pepper, and a little bit of red pepper flakes. Stir everything together. Cover the pan and let the mixture boil.
Stir in the crunchy peanut butter, lower the heat, cover the pan then simmer for 35-40 minutes. Stir occasionally.
