#WhatIAte: March 3rd
During the week, 5 days/week, I do Intermittent Fasting. I dabble between 18:6 and 20:4. Basically, I don’t eat breakfast except for 2 cups of very strong black coffee. Salad for lunch and a regular meal for dinner. Most importantly, guzzling plenty of water throughout the day. And then of course I workout doing dance fitness, pilates, toning & strength. Weekend is what we call Feast days. This is when I indulge myself with creamer on my coffee, eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And, I don’t usually workout during the weekend. Sometimes I would but it’s sporadic and I’m not obssesing over whether I should or should not.
Anyhooooo, in the spirit of indulging and feasting, I’ve figured I’ll start a series of “What I Ate” during the weekend. It could be Saturday or Sunday or maybe both days. It’ll depend on if I remember to chronicle my food for the ‘gram! Here’s the first installment from March 3rd, Sunday. (FYI, the amount of food you see(breaky & dinner) serves 3-4 people. NO, I don’t eat all of them. My family would be outraged if I did. π π€£π€£)
BREAKFAST: Biscuits & Sausage Gravy, Sunny-side egg, and Bacon. π₯π³βοΈ
LUNCH: π Ramen with leftover Bratwurst sausage, poached π₯, kimchi π₯¬πΆοΈπΆοΈ, & lime juice.
DINNER: Roasted Chicken π w/ gravy, steamed green beans π«, and French Bread w/ butter π₯π§
