Method
- Heat up oil in a pan or a wok. Saute garlic and onions. Add the strips of beef to cook until tender.

- Add the broccoli, green beans, black pepper and soy sauce. Drizzle sesame oil. Stir everything together. Add water. Cover and let everything cook until the veggies are tender but not soggy.
- Stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken up the sauce.
