Beef With Green Beans & Broccoli Stir-Fry

I’m adding this easy to make Beef With Green Beans & Broccoli Stir-Fry from 2014 archives in the list of meat and veggies stir-fry recipes because it’s good and we should have options for stir-fry recipes.

Beef With Green Beans & Broccoli Stir-Fry

  • 4-5 tbsp vegetable oil for sauteing
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1 pc beef steak slice in thin strips
  • 1 head broccoli florets cut up
  • a bunch of green beans
  • sprinkle of black peper
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • drizzle of sesame oil
  • 1 cup water
  • another 1/2 cup of water stirred with 1 tbsp of cornstarch

  • Heat up oil in a pan or a wok. Saute garlic and onions. Add the strips of beef to cook until tender.
  • Add the broccoli, green beans, black pepper and soy sauce. Drizzle sesame oil. Stir everything together. Add water. Cover and let everything cook until the veggies are tender but not soggy.
  • Stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken up the sauce.

Transfer in a platter to serve.

It goes really well with rice but I’m sure you already know that :).
