Grilled Chili-Lime Shrimp Kebobs (Plus Veggies)

  • metal skewers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack jumbo shrimp (thawed, peeled, deveined)
  • chili-lime seasoning
  • olive oil spray (or regular oil to coat the shrimp)
  • assorted veggies
  • salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, spray the shrimp with olive oil spray then sprinkle generously with the chili-lime seasoning, Skewer the jumbo shrimp(thawed, peeled, deveined). Do the same with the chopped veggies using Salt & Pepper seasoning.
  • Feel free to sprinkle more of the seasoning. Hubby did before grilling(not pictured).
  • Grill them up for less than 10minutes, turning halfway through.
