Meatless Dinner: Baked Spinach-Ricotta Raviolli

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg 8.8oz dried spinach-ricotta raviolli
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, shredded Mozzarella cheese)
  • water for boiling pasta
  • sprinkle of salt & pepper
  • sprinkle of garlic powder
  • sprinkle of dried Italian herbs

Method
 

  1. Boil water for the raviolli pasta. Add the raviolli.
  2. Cook until al dente.
  3. Drain the water then add the Alfredo sauce. Season with garlic powder, dried Italian herbs, salt & pepper. Stir everything together.
  4. Preheat the oven to 355°. Transfer the pasta into a baking dish. Evenly spread Ricotta cheese on top.
  5. Top evenly with shredded cheese. Bake it in the oven for 15minutes.
  6. Let it cool for 5minutes before serving.
