Meatless Dinner: Baked Spinach-Ricotta Raviolli

Now here’s the Baked Spinach-Ricotta Raviolli version.
Meatless Dinner: Baked Spinach-Ricotta Raviolli
Ingredients
- 1 pkg 8.8oz dried spinach-ricotta raviolli
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, shredded Mozzarella cheese)
- water for boiling pasta
- sprinkle of salt & pepper
- sprinkle of garlic powder
- sprinkle of dried Italian herbs
Instructions
- Boil water for the raviolli pasta. Add the raviolli.
- Cook until al dente.
- Drain the water then add the Alfredo sauce. Season with garlic powder, dried Italian herbs, salt & pepper. Stir everything together.
- Preheat the oven to 355°. Transfer the pasta into a baking dish. Evenly spread Ricotta cheese on top.
- Top evenly with shredded cheese. Bake it in the oven for 15minutes.
- Let it cool for 5minutes before serving.
Serve with bread if you have any. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese. Easy and simple meatless dinner.
