Our Easter Sunday 2021
How was everyone’s Easter Sunday? I hope Y’all had a blessed, meaningful, and happy one. I kept it simple for our dinner with roast chicken, mashed potatoes, and roasted asparagus with mozzarella cheese. I made Pistachio “Watergate” Salad the day before for our dessert. Emma already did an egg hunt at our Church last week so for their treats this year we kept it simple too. They each received their own chocolate bunny and I filled a couple of large egg with more treats.
