Hubby’s New Toy: Pit Boss Pro Pellet Grill

For this past Christmas, we bought a Pit Boss Pro Pellet Grill as a gift to ourselves. But If I’m really being honest about it, it’s Hubby’s new toy, HAH. Which is fine and dandy by me. He’s been cooking a lot with it and I really need to post those recipes soon. I’ve figured I should post just the grill itself first. The Hubs is surely enjoying cooking his meat dishes and I’m enjoying eating. I’ll be sharing recipes soon. (THIS IS NOT A SPONSORED POST)

He did a lot of research prior to buying the pellet grill. If you’re planning on getting one yourself make sure to read extensively about it and watch videos on YouTube. Not only is it an investment for a smoker grill, it involves a lot of patience and TIME. My suggestion is DO NOT get rid of your other grill(gas or charcoal, whichever you prefer). Pellet grill is for slow cooking and regardless of the kind of meat and recipe you’re making, it all takes hours. You’d probably need your other grill for small sized meat and/or your quick-grilled steaks.
