Rotini Pasta With Cottage Cheese Sauce

I love cottage cheese by itself, with homemade jam, on top of crackers, and in my 3-cheese Lasagna recipes. Either with Pork Sausage or Beef. Cottage Cheesy pasta sauce is just so creamy and delish! This Rotini Pasta with Cottage Cheese Sauce is so easy to make you’d want to make it over and over again and using different kinds of pasta for sure. Let’s start with Rotini, shall we?
