21-Minute Toning Videos
I’ve been doing Blogilates(YouTube) 21-Day Toning Challenge. 21 minutes each day, 3 rounds of 7 moves, 15secs break in between. I’m on my 3rd/last week. I do this before an hour and a half of dance fitness. I actually started doing this Toning Challenge when it first came out in January but I had to stop because I was doing all sorts of dental work and I had to give let my mouth heal so I couldn’t keep up with the daily workout. I decided to go back to it this month of June. I hope you try it too and Good Luck!
