Grilled Chili-Lime Shrimp Kebobs (Plus Veggies)
Part of our Labor Day weekend grub earlier this month was this Grilled Chili-Lime Shrimp Kebobs plus veggie kebobs as well. It’s a very simple dish that doesn’t require much ingredients except for olive oil spray and Chili-Lime seasoning. Salt & Pepper for the veggies. That’s all, really.
Grilled Chili-Lime Shrimp Kebobs (Plus Veggies)
Equipment
- metal skewers
- grill
Ingredients
- 1 pack jumbo shrimp (thawed, peeled, deveined)
- chili-lime seasoning
- olive oil spray (or regular oil to coat the shrimp)
- assorted veggies
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, spray the shrimp with olive oil spray then sprinkle generously with the chili-lime seasoning, Skewer the jumbo shrimp(thawed, peeled, deveined). Do the same with the chopped veggies using Salt & Pepper seasoning.
- Feel free to sprinkle more of the seasoning. Hubby did before grilling(not pictured).
- Grill them up for less than 10minutes, turning halfway through.
For the Veggies: Yellow squash, zucchini, and mushrooms. Add onions too if you want.
A Surf ‘N Turf kind of weekend was had and enjoyed.
