EASY Chocolate Peppermint Bark

I mentioned about my sweet tooth going on overdrive this season in my dance fitness post earlier and this Chocolate Peppermint Bark is one of the culprits. I made Chocolate Cake Truffles this past weekend for our Church’s Christmas Fellowship and I had a little bit of leftover melted chocolate so I decided to make chocolate bark. SO EASY!

Spread the melted chocolate(white and milk chocolate) on the back of a sheet pan. Crush a bunch of peppermint candies then sprinkle them on top of the melted chocolate. Bear in mind that you can sprinkle anything you want in your bark. Dried fruits, Reese’s cups, M&Ms, peanuts, literally anything you want. Stick the pan into the fridge to chill for a couple of hours or so.

Take the pan out and just break apart the chocolate bark in small pieces.

VOILA, Chocolate Peppermint Bark. No melted chocolate wasted, that’s for sure. Enjoy for yourself, the family, and as gifts as well.
