Aiko Melendez Shares How She Lost Weight

Aiko Melendez receives plenty of questions on how she lost weight. Since she gets too many questions and couldn’t answer them all individually she shared in one post about her weight loss journey. First and foremost, – “DISCIPLINE MOTIVATION and GOAL.” Aiko is doing Intermittent Fasting 16:8(which I myself can attest works because I’m doing 18:6). She’s also doing Keto Vegetarian with meals prepared by @ketovegetarianph. She follows the exercises from @chloe_t and @theiconclinicph.
