Hi I’m Dexie and I love French Toast and I like to make French Toast with my coffee creamer. I posted a recipe before using the White Chocolate Macadamia Creamer. I’m not going to regal you with anecdotes about all the other French Toasts I’ve made since 2014. But, I’ll give you this recipe using International Delight French Vanilla Creamer.

French Toast With International Delight French Vanilla Creamer

Ingredients

slices of French Bread (or homemade) (or regular bread)
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup International Delight French Vanilla Creamer
sprinkle of powdered cinnamon
butter for cooking
confectionery sugar
maple syrup (or regular pancake syrup)

Method

Slice the bread. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, creamer, and ground cinnamon. Soak both sides of the bread in the egg and milk mixture.
Melt butter in a pan or electric griddle. Cook each side on the pan until golden brown. 3 or 4 pieces at a time. Transfer in a platter or serving tray. Repeat the process for the remaining slices of bread.
