GMA Network Released Statement On Why The Alden Richards & Bea Alonzo Movie Is Shelved
The Alden Richards and Bea Alonzo movie was announced back in December of 2020. It was supposed to be a PH adaptation of the Korean m=hit movie, A Moment To Remember. Alden and Bea already did their first teleserye together, Start-Up PH. “A Moment To Remember” is/was supposed to be a joint production between GMA Pictures and Viva Films. At some point it was announced that APT Entertainment was added among the producers. It’s 2023 and we haven’t heard anything about the movie at all. GMA Network released a statement giving the reason why that is so. A “scheduling conflicts within the production team” is apparently the cause of the movie postponement.
Meanwhile, it was announced last month that Alden Richards and Julia Montes are doing a movie together, Five Break-Ups and A Romance produced by GMA Pictures, Cornerstone which is Julia’s management, and Alden’s own production company, Myriad. Bea on the other hand is currently filming a series with Dennis Trillo, Love Before Sunrise, a co-production from Viu Philippines and GMA Network.
