WERK!! I love it when Marian Rivera shares glimpses of her fitness routines on social media. Because it shows that along with beauty and health treatments she indulges herself with to maintain her GLOW era as part of being a celebrity and an endorser/ambassador to these brands, she’s also an active person who manages her fitness journey. Marian definitely has the genes but she also works hard in being active. As pointed out imperatively by yours truly in this article back in 2019. Personally speaking, aside from dancing and strength & toning, I do Pilates as well. You do not have to have a machine like what Marian and her trainer are doing here. You can go to YouTube and check out Blogilates. Here’s a series of Pop Up Pilates if you’re a beginner. Learn the basics and proper form then work your way up. Good luck on your own journey.
