My 2024 Books In Review

46/40 πŸ˜πŸ€“πŸ“šπŸ”– (I could’ve mde it 50 but I just let my eyes rest after the last one.)

Portia Moore book covers look a bit naughty ☺️ but each novel actually tells a deeper story which involves something medical(not spoiling it for you ‘coz you need to feel the frustrations and the shock in the cliffhangers). Although as I went through the HER series I needed it to wrap up by book 4. I highly recommend the “If I Break” (Wrecked, Almost Broken, Beautifully Broken, Shattered Pieces) series for starter because that’s where it all begins. The Collided – Crushed – Committed series has nothing to do with the “If I Break” series but with equally controversial and intriguing topic that connects all 3.

My book choices jump from crime drama/suspense/mystery to something chick lit to contemporary love stories to balance out my insane obssession with crime drama 😬. This year I decided to delve onto fantasy and paranormal. I usually prefer those 2 genres(+ horror , sci-fi) in movies platform but I figured, why not?

Highly recommended:
FIRST LIE WINS – elegantly written crime/mystery. Would love for it to be a Netflix series actually.

WHAT HAPPENED TO NINA? – it’ll make you think of what you’re consuming on social media and how this generation of believing everything without knowing all the context and reading beyond the clickbait headlines. I read this on a Saturday night for 5 hours. You can’t put it down! Reddit sucks and don’t believe everything there! (almost timely with the Blake Lively – Justin Baldoni crap going on in Hollywood, πŸ€”πŸ€¨)

THE STONE SECRET – the book cover is STUNNING. This time, judge a book by its cover 😍. The story is mind-blowing!
