Orange Glazed Baby Carrots

Another simple and easy to make side dish during the holidays or anytime really, is this Orange Glazed Baby Carrots. I suppose you can consider it the healthy side dish to go along with the rest of the feast, HAH!

Orange Glazed Baby Carrots


  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • salt & pepper
  • water for boiling


  • Boil the baby carrots until tender. Drain the water off. Put the baby carrots back in to the pot.
  • Add the orange juice. Let that simmer for 3-5 minutes then add butter, brown sugar, and salt & pepper. Stir everything together and cook for 2 more minutes.
