Orange Glazed Baby Carrots
Another simple and easy to make side dish during the holidays or anytime really, is this Orange Glazed Baby Carrots. I suppose you can consider it the healthy side dish to go along with the rest of the feast, HAH!
Orange Glazed Baby Carrots
Ingredients
- 1 pound baby carrots
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- salt & pepper
- water for boiling
Instructions
- Boil the baby carrots until tender. Drain the water off. Put the baby carrots back in to the pot.
- Add the orange juice. Let that simmer for 3-5 minutes then add butter, brown sugar, and salt & pepper. Stir everything together and cook for 2 more minutes.
