#NovemberFitness: Day 1

I’m doing Blogilates’ November 2021 Workout with a twist. I pick two routines from the list for each day. This is more realistic for me instead of pushing myself to do each exercise per day. I tend to now complete the month if I go full on for the first week so I decided to do it this way. 2 routines which should total about 30 minutes worth of Pilates for a day.

WORKOUT:
PILATES: 10-minute Fat Burning Cardio | 12-minuted Toned Total Body Workout
Dance Fitness

Then of course my dance cardio for an hour or 1 1/2 hour. I have scaled on the walking because my husband has been taking the dog for a walk early in the morning as part of his activity every day. I get to walk before dinner time. Although sometimes I still walk Chase after my dance in the morning just to get that extra activity for me. It really depends how many stuff I need to get done during the day. Do I have time or not to do this extra thing or not. Anyhoooo, how’s you fitness goals and journey going?

PS: I want to record new dance videos for my dance fitness channel too but I’ve been kinda lazy thinking about moves and choreography. I really should find that motivation though.
